Payment Options
By default, we handle all payments directly with players on your behalf as an included service. The two biggest benefits of this service are that captains don't have to worry about handling money and that players have the option of spreading payments out on a payment plan if they wish to do so.
The way that the process works is that all players who wish to split the team's payment will indicate that at the time of registration and make a $100 deposit. Two weeks after your team's first game, we split the team's cost by the total number of paying players and let everyone know what their balance is. They then have 2 weeks to pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and we'll attempt to collect from them for another 2 weeks with a $20 late feel applying. After that time, unpaid players are removed from eligibility and the team account must be settled in full by the team.
If you wish, you can handle the team payments on your own, which is what we consider to be the "captain paid" option. With this option, the captain will have to make a deposit of $400 when they register the team, and then pay the remaining balance before the season starts. All players still need to register and are categorized as "paying players" but there is no cost associated with registering when the team is "captain paid."
