Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: You become eligible to add the Unlimited Membership at the time that you register for a current or upcoming league (the option to add it is offered at checkout). Current full time league members are also eligible. You maintain eligibility for this membership by maintaining your status as a full time player in any StinkySocks Hockey league. If you fail to renew for the next season, you will become ineligible on the day that your last league game is scheduled.

Membership Term: Your membership month begins as soon as your membership is activated by the StinkySocks Hockey office (within 24 hours or your order).

Cancelations: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting StinkySocks Hockey. After cancelation, your membership will remain active for any remaining portion of the membership month in which you canceled but future charges will not occur (e.g. if you originally signed up on the 12th of April and then you cancel on the 1st of August then you’d still have benefits through the 11th of August). Any games booked in advance that would take place when your membership is not active are subject to cancelation.

Terms of Benefits: You must wear your StinkySocks Hockey jersey in any game that is booked under this membership and your membership must be active on the day of the game to receive your benefits. If you fail to wear your StinkySocks Hockey jersey, the full cost of the game will be charged. A no show for a game booked under this membership or failed renewal payment will result in immediate suspension of benefits and cancelation of your membership. You must be otherwise eligible to participate in a StinkySocks Hockey game to receive benefits.

Recurring Charges: By purchasing the StinkySocks Hockey Unlimited Membership you give us permission to charge your credit card for the membership on a monthly basis, on that day of your renewal (e.g. if you signed up originally on the 12th of the month then you’ll be charged on the 12th of each month following. These charges are in addition to any charges that are related to league(s) for which you are registered. All membership charges are non-refundable. This program may be canceled at any time and pricing may change with 30 day advance notice by StinkySocks Hockey.

Other Terms: The number of memberships is limited and all games are subject to availability. All other StinkySocks Hockey rules and policies apply.
