Check In
All rooms will be checked into upon arrival of the bus at approximately 5PM on Friday. All participants are required to sign a agreement prior to arrival regarding that contain the polices listed at the bottom of this page. Unit leaders will be given all keys and will distribute them to those who are staying in their unit.
Check Out
All condos must be vacated by 11AM on Monday. At that time the bus will begin picking groups up and loading luggage. All room keys and the hot tub key should be left on the dining room table in your unit. Loss of the hot tub key will result in a replacement charge of $25.

Pool Key Policy
The unit leader will be given the unit’s pool key. A $30 fee will be divided among ALL participants who are residing in that unit and automatically applied to the credit card used to reserve your trip if the key is lost or not returned to StinkySocks Hockey at the time of departure.
Garbage Policy
For environmental reasons, the resort asks that you to dispose of your recycling and garbage at one of the three (3) collection stations on the resort map. All garbage should be removed from the unit prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in an fee being assessed by the resort. If a fee is assessed, it will be split evenly amongst all participants residing in that unit and automatically charged to the credit card used to reserve their trip.
Damage Policy
Any preexisting damage that is noticed at check in should be reported to StinkySocks Hockey and the resort reception staff immediately. Charges resulting from damage caused by a participant who can be identified will be charged to that participant’s credit card. If the responsible party cannot be identified then any charges will be split evenly amongst all participants residing in that unit and automatically charged to the credit card used to reserve their trip.
